Botana AI was founded by Hugo Bouet (ex-Google, INSEAD) and Estrella Zuniga (HEC Paris, ex-AXA Climate). Based in Zug, Switzerland, we're building AI tools to help Mediterranean farmers adapt to climate change, starting in Sicily.

Starting in Sicily, where climate change is already reshaping centuries-old farming traditions, Botana AI was created to give farmers a fighting chance. We combine cutting-edge AI with deep agronomic expertise to deliver actionable, field-level intelligence.
