Botana AI was founded by Hugo Bouet (ex-Google, INSEAD) and Estrella Zuniga (HEC Paris, ex-AXA Climate). Based in Zug, Switzerland, we're building AI tools to help Mediterranean farmers adapt to climate change, starting in Sicily.
